MAX ACERNA MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS PVT LTD is a registered company under the Registrar of Companies vide Registration No. U91900DL2013PTC258336. All the legal requirements as per the Companies Act are being complied with. The Head Office of the company is situated in Mumbai.
The main objective of MAX, as described in the Memorandum of Association, is "to carry on the business of providing certification services relating to Management Systems". MAX has implemented a management system which meets the requirements of the policy of the company: to provide management system auditing and certification for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Food Safety in an ethical, transparent and impartial manner, with a commitment to the quality of our services leading to customer satisfaction.
Max Acerna Management Systems Pvt. Ltd. provides consistent, competent and confidential services for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, ISO 13485, ISO 50001 and more than 90 additional standards.

Our Strategic Objectives
Our strategic objectives include maintaining integrity, ensuring commitment, a result-oriented approach and providing support to clients through value-added services with effective, prompt and courteous communication. The policies and procedures under which MAX operates are available to all clients irrespective of their size and affiliations.
MAX reviews the threats to impartiality arising out of its certification activities and has controls to manage the conflict of interest and maintain the objectivity of certification activity. Its policy also ensures impartiality at three levels — the Strategic level, the Certification Decision level, and the Auditing level.
Organisational Structure
The organisation is headed by an Executive Director — an impartial person — who is advised by an Advisory Committee. The Advisory Committee is representative of all interests and is headed by a Chief Advisor. It oversees the performance of the organisation against the specified objectives.
Marketing operations are headed by the General Manager – Marketing, whose team is handled by professionally qualified personnel who have excelled in the field of marketing of services. The Technical Team is headed by the General Manager – Technical and assisted by a Manager (Tech.) and a Documentation Officer. This core group is assisted by a team of trained, experienced, skilled and competent lead auditors based at different locations, drawn from a wide range of streams and industrial sectors.
Where necessary, auditing work is also outsourced to empanelled auditors reputed in their field of specialisation, and services of technical experts are utilised as and when required. The organisation further ensures there is no conflict of interest between its two strategic wings — marketing services and technical services — leading to certification decisions.
Duties and responsibilities of all key functionaries of MAX are defined; liability insurance is in place; and adequate financial arrangements have been made to provide stability and resources for the smooth operation of the company.
